Our goal for this 10 week program will be to provide you with a more enlightened vision towards fitness. An awareness of how your body moves and what it needs regarding nutrition for optimal health and functionality. You will gain a path that propels you forward towards a lifestyle for success.

Requirements

  • Attend 25 classes at minimum

  • Record food intake for the first 2 weeks and the last 3 weeks

  • Set up 3 - 15 min meetings with Juan or Keslie, throughout program
