A Fitness Program for the Mountain Enthusiast

In this Program you will focus on the following often:

  • Squats (front and back)

  • Bench press

  • Single leg movements

  • A variety of body weight skills and movements

The Moxie Mountain Program is designed to take your mountain sports training to the next level, so that you can conquer the season and give it all you've got. With us, you're not just getting a pre-Made program. You are getting a coach, personalized attention, and a class dedicated to people like you that share an enthusiasm for mountain sports.

You will also receive access to Kirin Crossfit's facility for open gym hours and workouts that are posted on SugarWOD daily. In the case that you can't make it to a Mountain Program class, you can come in anytime from 7am-7pm (Mon-Fri) and do the WOD on the chalkboard, or your own thing. Your priority should be the program classes, though we understand things come up and you can't always make it!

Q: What makes this program different from regular fitness? 

A: This 9 week course is a specialized program geared towards gaining strength, endurance and agility overall & in specific areas; to make you the best athlete you can be on the mountain this winter. 

Q: Do I need to have barbell experience?

A: You do not need any prior experience with barbells, although it is preferred, you will learn how to do proper barbell exercises during the program.
